Last-Minute Week 7 Fantasy Football Lineup Advice

Lots of news to sift through this morning. Here’s what you need to know before setting your starting lineup …

1. Puka Nacua is a GTD. The biggest question mark today is whether Nacua will play later this afternoon vs. the Raiders. He injured his calf Thursday and missed practice Friday. This is a late kickoff, so Puka managers will need to plan accordingly. Zain is on top of it:

“Tre Tucker is WR37 in the same game. If Puka sits, Konata Mumpfield and Jordan Whittington are deeper alternatives, and Tyler Higbee becomes a better stream than his current TE12 ranking. I'd move Matthew Stafford down from QB9 if Nacua sits with Davante Adams already on IR.”

2. Lamar Jackson is OUT. Lamar won’t return Week 7 vs. the Ravens due to his high-ankle sprain. You are still starting Zay Flowers and Derrick Henry, but otherwise this is a stay-away.

3. Josh Jacobs is back. He’s our consensus RB17 vs. the Lions today. It’s not the greatest matchup—Detroit is much more beatable through the air—but if you sat on him this long, you’re starting him.

4. The Jets get healthy? Breece Hall is questionable and trending towards playing vs. the Dolphins today, while Adonai Mitchell is off the injury report altogether. If Hall doesn’t go, Braelon Allen is a lock, but otherwise moves to more of a FLEX. I’m starting Hall if he’s active.

5. The Broncos backfield gets reinforcements. Jonah Coleman was activated yesterday and will play vs. the Cardinals. With neither J.K. Dobbins nor RJ Harvey balling through six weeks, this backfield is ripe for a takeover. He should be stashed everywhere.

6. The Vikings are fully healthy? Jordan Mason should go today after getting in three full practices. We have both Mason and Aaron Jones as low-end RB2s today in a great matchup vs. the Colts.

7. The Eagles are a mess. Saquon Barkley is questionable for MNF, despite getting in limited practices. Both DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks have already been ruled out. Dallas Goedert and Makai Lemon are on the menu.
